I'd love you to join me to nourish your mind, body and spirit, or just to chill out after a busy day. I do a variety of classes around Pudsey.
My type of yoga is mindful, breath-led and kind, honouring the ancient teachings and practices of yoga in a way that is accessible to all, weaving in flowing yoga sequences, and an appreciation of nature, the moon and the seasons. You're invited to celebrate the body and all it can do; there will be fun challenges too. It's my greatest wish that you leave the class feeling more relaxed, grounded and in tune with the body. Longer sessions will also include a nourishing Yoga Nidra.
I’m also a hypnotherapist and reiki healer so I can work with you on one-to-one basis to tap into your personal power and overcome anxiety and fear that may be holding you back.
Do you need rest?
Are you stressed, tired, finding you’ve got a lot on your plate? Have you tried yoga nidra yet? Our next session is at The Little Shop of Treasures In Pudsey.

Hello, I'm Eleanor

Coming soon!
Have you ever noticed how your energy shifts with the moon? Some days you feel vibrant and full of ideas, and other times you crave deep rest. That’s because, just like the moon, we move through natural cycles.
I am thrilled to invite you to explore this more deeply in my Moon Yoga Workshops—a series of three transformative sessions designed to help you reconnect with yourself, align with the moon’s wisdom, and embrace deep self-care.
Yoga and The Moon 1
This first workshop in the series in on 7th June and focuses on New Moon and the First Quarter. At the beginning of the cycle the Moon is at its darkest and the New Moon calls us to look within. Life is a cycle and now it's time to rest, plan and plant seeds for the coming month. Good things take time.
Yoga and The Moon 2
This second workshop is on 26th July and focuses on the Full Moon. Full Moon marks the fruition of your efforts. Even if you haven’t completed everything, allow yourself time to celebrate what you have done. Let go of what is no longer needed and connect to the group. There are many ways in which you’re winning at life!
Yoga and The Moon 3
This third workshop is on 13th September and focuses on the Last Quarter and Waning Crescent. This phase encourages you to analyse your efforts from the prior phases. Reflect on challenges and how you responded and how you may have stepped up; not to mention all the actions you took which added to your joy in life! Set up your space for self -care which will add to the sense of renewal of the next phase.
